Donation and Order Form

Please provide the following ordering information for making a donation, ordering books, CDs, or the Sermon of the Month: All CDs are $6.00.  To order the book "Faith: A Godly Risk" include a donation of $9.00 per book.  To order the book "Christian Leaders Betrayed" include a check for $10.00 per book.  After we receive your order, please allow up to ten days for shipping.
